About this Event

Interested in building a diverse and inclusive workplace? Curious to learn more about what diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace really means? Wondering what you can do as an individual within your organization? Join DC Net Impact for a conversation on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. The conversation will be led by our speakers, listed below, who each lead their respective organization’s internal DEI Committees. The panel will be moderated by DC Net Impact’s own Megan Sheckles!

Attendees will learn more about tips, tools, and resources for starting a DEI program or committee, such as how to build a committee, what to include, what to avoid, and any lessons learned from our speakers’ own experiences. We are excited to use this opportunity to provide attendees with actionable solutions for addressing issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
